A ghost appears in a small town in Texas that plans to wreak havoc by making the townspeople pay a debt that is not theirs. There is a long held secret that the older citizens have kept from the younger generations. According to the ghost, all the townspeople must pay a high price for the sins of those who came before them. The elderly citizens realize that they must do something because people are beginning to disappear. They have no idea what they need to do to stop the ghost, though.
