King brings them to his tribe and introduces them to his people, who offer their hospitality to them.

As they get deeper into the jungle, the team discovers that it is not just one lion that is attacking the villages but three lions. Jack Hawkins, as Sir Ronald Kirby, plays the ambitious entrepreneur very well, whose work is more out of the need to be successful rather than humanitarian causes.
