Kenneth Bianchi is just one of two serial rapists that terrorized Los Angeles and the surrounding areas back in the 1970s. Samantha Stone is a psychiatrist that was chosen to interview Bianchi and determine if his claims of having a multiple personality disorder is actually true. However, in order to do this, she must go through these crimes and while doing this she finds one of these crimes is relived right on her doorstep.
