Watch Quinceanera

Quinceanera is a coming of age film about Magdalena and Carlos, two cousins living in Los Angeles with traditional Mexican American families. Both cousins face the anger of their family for life situations they end up in, Magdalena pregnant and unwed and Carlos coming out as a homosexual teenager. Both teens face the anger and isolation of their families as they try to help them overlook the societal stigmas attached to their problems. Magdalena is the focus for most of the film as her family debates whether to allow her quinceanera, or coming out, party to go forward or not.
