Dennis Baxter takes a job at a summer camp as a counselor. He has to take care of Jerry the con-artist, Timmy the shy one, chubby Toby, and sensitive Brian as they struggle to survive summer camp and each other. Along the way, Dennis also tries to win the heart of the camp nurse. Dennis has to get his ragtag team together so they can win in the summer-end Color War.
