Play Dead was a 1986 movie originally shot in 1981. It finally found distribution through the infamous Troma Entertainment. It is a horror film directed by Peter Wittman and stars Yvonne De Carlo, previously of The Munsters fame, having played Lily Munster. Yvonne De Carlo plays a wealthy heiress named Hester who became bitter decades earlier when her lover married her sister.

Hester decides to exact her vengeance with her favorite weapon, a giant, 200 lb Rottweiler. She also indulges in strangulation, poisoning, and electrocution to exact her sick revenge against those who she deems have wronger her. Her attractive young niece is the next name on her kill list.
