In the year 2018, a pandemic has decimated the world's population, turning people into violent, cannibalistic beings. Natalie Dormer stars as Dr. Gina Rose, a scientist who is working with a group of survivors in an underground bunker to find Patient Zero – the first person known to be infected – in the hopes of finding a cure for the virus. Stanley Tucci stars as The Professor, a seasoned scientist who has been working on a cure for years but has not been successful.
