Watch Passion of the Priest

A Catholic monk sees his life turned upside down when he is expelled from the order with which he has served for the majority of his adult life. After being expelled from his sheltered monastery existence Eddie Dawson decides to head for the exciting world of London in the 1970s to change his life completely. Eventually, Eddie finds himself attracted to a single mother and begins a relationship with her, which is the first of many that see his faith in human life tested. Eddie finds some success as a journalist, but struggles with his tangled personal life.
