This Indian Tamil romance drama was released in theaters in 2000. The film follows the character of Shankar, fresh out of college and majoring in naval science. As Shankar waits for a job at a shipping port, he stays at his friend Banu's house. There he falls in love with a beautiful girl named Sarika. She returns Shankar's love but misunderstandings stall their relationship and lead to confusion between the lovers.
