Meanwhile, Govind Pai's business starts to flourish, and he becomes successful in his venture. He becomes a respected citizen in the village and earns the trust of the local people. He also employs many of the villagers, including Madhav Pai.

However, Madhav Pai's drinking gets out of hand, and he starts to create problems for Govind and his family. This leads to further tension and conflict between the brothers.

As the story reaches its climax, we see the brothers confront each other, and Govind Pai must decide whether to continue supporting his brother or to cut him off for the betterment of his family.

Pai Brothers is a heartwarming tale of brotherhood, family, and the struggles faced by the common man. The film is well-directed, and the performances by the lead actors are outstanding. Innocent and Jagathy Sreekumar provide excellent comic relief and also deliver emotional performances when required. K.P.A.C. Lalitha is fantastic in her role as Govind Pai's wife, and her chemistry with Innocent is believable and heartwarming.
