Dealing with a midlife crisis, Fernando decides to return to his crime filled hometown of Medellin, Columbia. While there, he falls for a young assassin named Alexis who finds killing a bit too easy. When Alexis is gunned down during a botched assignment, a distraught Fernando sets out to find his killers, only to discover a young boy in the slums who bears a rather striking resemblance to his lost love.
