French spy Hubbert Bonisseur de La Bath is on the case when a cargo ship and a fellow agent go missing. The missing agent is a friend of his and Hubbert is intent on rescuing him. The only problem is he can't seem to do anything without making a mess out of it. Things get even more difficult as he tries to seduce two women who are both involved in the investigation.
