Faith and Peter are immediately drawn to each other, but Faith is determined to find Damon Bradley, the man she believes is her soulmate. Despite Peter's initial reluctance, he decides to accompany Faith on her journey, and the two embark on a romantic adventure through Italy. Along the way they encounter a number of obstacles, including rival suitors, misunderstandings, and comic mishaps.
