The sequel to 2003's One Missed Call, this movie introduces new characters to its tangle of communications cables and evil. In this J-horror movie series, teenage girls receive calls on their cell phones that are effectively calls from the future. On the other end of the call are sounds of their own brutal deaths. Soon, each girl who receives a call ends up dead. When the main character works to defeat the evil in the telecommunications network, she must reach inside for new strength or die herself.
