Watch Okariki Okaru

This inspiring documentary follows a business owner as he tries to save his sushi business. He has always provided excellent service and products to his customers, but due to a decrease in demand for the Japanese market, he is forced to reconsider his future. He mortgages his home and has to provide for his family in another way: selling his hands on the streets for part-time jobs. He is saving up money to put food on the table and to put cash back into his business, and in order to do it he must work incredibly hard. The work ethic is inspiring.
