Now Hear This is a 1963 cartoon starring the Head Devil, who loses his left horn. The movie title comes from a phrase employed aboard U.S. Naval ships, where an instruction to stop activity is given and listen to the announcement which follows. Once the Head Devil loses his left horn, there's a search. An elderly man eventually finds it. But he starts to experience hallucinations. During those hallucinations he sees some crazy things such as a bug that sounds like a train, a butterfly which makes his see strange drawings.
These hallucinations end in a giant explosion, so having endured enough, the elderly man leaves the trumpet behind and returns to use his original hearing trumpet, which the Devil is too happy to find. The movie ends with the moral, "The other fellow's trumpet always looks greener."
