As they dig deeper into the mystery of the treasure, Norm and his friends find out that it is the key to an underwater city, where Norm's grandfather had hidden a vast amount of gold. Dexter tries to steal the key from them, but Norm uses his skills to save the day and finally defeats Dexter.

The movie ends with Norm returning to the Arctic with Olympia and the treasure, where he is hailed as a hero. Mr. Greene also realizes the importance of saving the Arctic and promises to help Norm in his mission to protect their home.
