This motion picture tells the tale of two individuals who live very different lives, brought together by something so simple as a profession. The film follows the story of Francois and Mathilde. Francois is a philosophy teacher at a high school. Mathilde is a very troubled, young student with an attitude that has turned off most of her fellow teachers and classmates. Francois grows a liking towards wanting to improve her personality and her grades. He decides to mentor her and guide her through the motions. However, the two end up becoming a little closer than they would have imagined.
