No Manches Frida 2 is a 2019 Mexican comedy film directed by Nacho G. Velilla. It is the sequel to the 2016 film No Manches Frida. The film stars Martha Higareda reprising her role as Lucy, an ex-convict who becomes a teacher. Omar Chaparro also returns as her love interest Ulises, the gym teacher. The story picks up with Lucy and Ulises enjoying their relationship together as a couple. However, their happiness is disrupted when Lucy's sister Kassandra (Cristina Rodlo) appears out of nowhere to stay with them. Ruelas is angry that Lucy was able to turn around a group of troublemaker students and make them high academic achievers. Ruelas gets her chance to get rid of Lucy when a scandal breaks out over a risqué magazine photo shoot Lucy did in her criminal past.

To make matters worse, Ulises' wild ex-girlfriend Zulima (Lorena de la Garza) returns and tries to win him back. This tests Ulises' fidelity and loyalty to Lucy.

In an effort to save her teaching job, Lucy travels with her students to fantastical regiomontano for an academic Olympics style competition against rival school students. Kassandra tags along and tries to learn how to integrate into normal society.

At the competition, Lucy and Ulises must find a way to work together, even with all the romantic distractions. They need to lead their students to victory in subjects like chemistry, math and history. But Ruelas and the rival school's principal Hector Jurado (Ricardo Polanco) have nefarious tricks up their sleeves.

No Manches Frida 2 features lots of colorful characters, screwball comedy moments and twists and turns. There are funny musical numbers and dance sequences choreographed to popular Latin pop songs. Despite all the zany antics and over-the-top moments, the story remains grounded in themes of believing in yourself, embracing where you came from, and not judging a book by its cover.
