This is a sci-fi thriller movie about humanity’s new start after a plague. In the year 2030, a plague nearly wiped humans off the Earth. Cities are full of rotting corpses and the diseases they cause. They are unsafe and humans must find new places and ways to live. The remaining government and military authorities set up New Birth City. This is established as a place to find a cure for the plague and a safe place to live.
To find a cure, five people are isolated in a house that is set up as a lab. The scientist in charge discovers they have new and dangerous abilities.
