From director Alfred Vohrer, comes this dramatic crime thriller, based on a novel by Edgar Wallace, starring Heinz Drache. This German thriller is a sequel to the popular film Der Hexer. Inspector James W. Wesby is a detective on the hunt of a strange killer who comes to England after finding out about would be copy cat killers who aspire to be him. Angered by the copy cat killers, the Hexer ("Wizard") goes to England to punish these killers, with the inspector not far behind him. Will the Inspector capture the Wizard, and put him to justice? Will that end the killings?
