"Nero" (1992) is an Italian black comedy. A man's new girlfriend sends him to her old boyfriend's apartment to pick up something that she'd forgotten. The new boyfriend goes there and finds the old boyfriend lying dead. Assuming that his girlfriend is the killer and had sent him to dispose of the body, he does so -- but is seen. Over the course of the movie, the boyfriend finds himself disposing of more and more dead bodies.
