Nakshatra is a revolving around a script writer Ajay who lives with his girlfriend Jia. The movie is about a precious necklace called Nakshatra and how it gets robbed. Ajay is a frustrated young writer who is finding for the right opportunity in his field. Ajay is approached by a team of four who propose an offer to write for their film. When Ajay completes writing the script, a robbery takes place in the town and the incident matches his script. This incident brings a storm in Ajay's life and he is all set to find the true culprit who got him into this mess.
