May I Kill U? is a British black comedy crime film that follows the story of a bicycle cop named Baz (Kevin Bishop) as he snaps up and starts to kill criminals on the streets of London with a particular tool - a hammer, in a quest for vigilante justice. The movie showcases Baz's ethical dilemma about killing criminals, but soon he finds himself addicted to the adrenaline rush that comes with killing.

Baz, a gentle and innocent-looking cop, is seen as a nerdy and wimpy guy who is bullied by his colleagues at work. But everything changes when he gets attacked by two burglars on his night patrol. As a result of the attack, Baz loses his patience and beats both of the burglars with his police baton, leaving them unconscious. This becomes a turning point for Baz. It's like his inner demon is unleashed, and he suddenly gets an idea of cleaning up the streets of London by killing criminals. So he takes a hammer to knock them out and then put a self-adhesive notice on their foreheads saying 'May I Kill U?'.

Baz becomes a social media sensation when he starts recording and uploading his kills on his blog. Most of the public sees Baz as a hero, and they support his actions, but some disagree and question the legality of his actions. The killings attract the attention of the press, the police, and a team of criminals led by a female crime boss named Barbara (Frances Barber).

Things get complicated for Baz when he meets an eccentric and weirdly named girl, Dawn (Hayley-Marie Axon), who is obsessed with him after she witnessed one of his killings. She starts to follow him around, and he ends up taking her in as his apprentice, thinking she could be useful to him. But Dawn's presence in Baz's life only adds to his problems, especially when he finds out that she's not the innocent girl he thought she was.

Jack Doolan plays the role of Andy, Baz's best friend, who is also a bike cop. Andy is a simple and kind-hearted guy who is supportive of Baz's actions, but still questions his morality. He's the voice of reason in Baz's life, but his words of caution fall on deaf ears.

Frances Barber delivers a solid performance as Barbara, the crime boss who recruits the two burglars who attacked Baz, only to brutally execute them for their failure. With her sharp wit and cold demeanor, she's a formidable opponent for Baz.

The film is a mixture of dark humor, action, and drama, with a reflection on how society often glorifies vigilante justice. The director, Stuart Urban, uses a shaky camera technique to intensify the action scenes, which adds to the overall rawness of the film.

Overall, May I Kill U? is an unusual and unnerving portrayal of a man's descent into madness. The movie is propelled by Kevin Bishop's solid performance as Baz, who embodies the dichotomy of a charming bike cop and a ruthless killer. The film delivers a strong message about the consequences of taking the law into one's own hands, even in the name of justice, and the effect it can have on one's sanity.

May I Kill U? is a 2014 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 27 minutes. It has received poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.5 and a MetaScore of 7.
