This documentary celebrates the indomitable spirit of Hollywood writer/director and former film executive Scott Lew, who received a diagnosis of Lou Gehrig's disease at the age of 33. Knowing that he probably has less than 5 years of life ahead of him, and recognizing the quick progression of the disease's symptoms in his body, Lew nevertheless forges ahead with his plans to direct his first feature film, a comedy based on a script he has authored. Despite being wheelchair bound, Lew surmounts one challenge after another to complete his project, aided by loving family members and friends.
