The life of the legendary Russian leader is portrayed before the Russian Revolution, while Lenin spent time in Poland. How Lenin developed his way of thinking and all his ideas is chronicled. Lenin creates relationships with two peasants. It's an autobiographical movie. A little girl is one of the peasants; she believes in Lenin's nationalist beliefs and plans. Later Lenin, to his sadness, learns that the little girl was killed for withholding crucial information about him. The finding profoundly affects Lenin's life, giving him the determination and courage to lead his people to a new era and much needed change.
