A Lebanese doctor located in Beirut is going through an extremely tough time throughout his life. During his tough times, many people are suddenly disappearing in an unexplained way. When these missing people are found, they are dead and have lost all of their blood in some bizarre way. The doctor notices that on each victim found, that there is a very small hole located on their necks. Chassan Salhab, the director, is able to provide an extended explanation of Nosferatu, and also provide historic statements of the Lebanon and Beirut regions.
