Choubra, Cairo, Egypt, is a very affluent neighborhood that is patrolled by the stern constable Hatem. Hatem enforces the law swiftly and without hesitation, leaving Nour, the only woman he has carnal feelings for, as the lone individual to stand up to him. While Nour has no fear of Hatem, her heart belongs to Cherif, a noble deputy attorney. Jealous at the situation, Hatem tries to ply the laws against Cherif, and even against Nour; if he can't have her, no one can.
