The movie features Patrick Bergin, Matt Frewer, and Austin O'Brien. The plot of the movie is set in the year 2003, seven years after the events of the first movie. Jobe (Matt Frewer) has now become a complete hybrid of man and computer, and he is living a secluded life in cyberspace. He is disturbed by the fact that humanity has still not embraced the potential of technology.

However, a powerful and corrupt government agency known as the "God's Army" is planning to use Jobe's virtual reality skills to take over the world. They want to create a network of cyber-prophets who will help them control people's minds and spread their message of fear and war.

As part of their plan, the God's Army kidnaps a young boy named Peter (Austin O'Brien) who is the son of a leading scientist involved in virtual reality technology. Peter has been working on a virtual reality game that is a perfect blend of technology and human emotion.

When Jobe learns of Peter's kidnapping, he realizes that he has to take action to stop the God's Army from taking over the world. He decides to go out of cyberspace and venture into the real world to help the boy and his family.

To stop Jobe, the God's Army enlists the help of Dr. Benjamin Trace (Patrick Bergin), a brilliant scientist who had worked with Jobe in the past. Dr. Trace believes that Jobe is dangerous and that he should be destroyed.

The movie then unfolds into a fast-paced action thrill ride as Jobe and Dr. Trace come face to face with each other. The God's Army is preparing to launch a new virtual reality system called "Eden" that will link people's minds and create a new world order.

Jobe and Peter team up and infiltrate the God's Army base to stop the launch of the Eden system. At the same time, Dr. Trace is also making his move to destroy Jobe once and for all.

The climax of the movie is a thrilling virtual reality battle between Jobe and Dr. Trace. It features an array of high-tech weapons and gadgets that add to the excitement of the scene.
