Watch Last Words

This short documentary film examines the Island of Spinalonga, long used as a colony for lepers but since abandoned. There is one solitary man still living there, and when he refuses to leave, he is taken away forcibly and relocated from Spinalonga to Crete. Now his days are spent in silence since he refuses to speak to anyone. He sits in a local bar in the evenings, playing his lyre.
