Last Will is a dramatic movie that tells the story of a dying millionaire, billionaire John Goodspeed, who has a multibillion-dollar empire and is the CEO of the Goodspeed Corporation. He is known for his many philanthropic efforts and contributions to charities, but he has a dark penchant for manipulation and control. In his final moments, he decides to change his will and leave his fortune to his estranged son, and not to his loyal and trusted employees.

Tatum O'Neal stars as the daughter, however there is no fatherly love to be seen. Instead, she’s more like a trusted employee who’s been drafted into the top brass to help save the family business. Tom Berenger plays Jack Durant, an opportunistic lawyer who will do whatever it takes to get his hands on the money. Patrick Muldoon plays Johnny Goodspeed, the estranged son who wants nothing to do with his father, but his greedy wife, Jenny, played by Heidi Johanningmeier, insists he consider the windfall.

The decision to change the will and leave everything to his son devastates the loyal and hardworking employees, who have dedicated their lives to the Goodspeed Corporation. The employees begin to suspect that there is more to this decision than meets the eye, and they start to investigate. They soon uncover a sinister plot that involves murder, greed, and deceit, and they realize that they will do anything to protect their future and their livelihood.

The movie takes a turn as it begins to explore why the patriarch made the choices he did — and why he’d do whatever he had to, to ensure his newfound plan came to fruition. In doing so, it creates an atmosphere that is both suspenseful and thrilling, and makes for a really interesting watch. The tension gradually increases as the employees continue to investigate and unravel the mystery behind John Goodspeed’s last will.

As the movie progresses, we also see glimpses of John Goodspeed’s past, exploring his troubled history and the many secrets that he has kept hidden. The flashbacks give us insight into his character and motivations, and we begin to understand why he treated his employees the way he did.

The performances by the cast are all excellent, with Tatum O'Neal delivering a standout performance as the daughter of John Goodspeed. Tom Berenger is equally impressive as the opportunistic lawyer, and Patrick Muldoon brings depth and nuance to the role of Johnny Goodspeed.

Overall, the movie is a thrilling and suspenseful watch that will keep you hooked from start to finish. It is a story about the dark side of power, greed, and manipulation, and the consequences that come with it. While it may not be the most original story, the movie is well-written with strong performances by the cast, making it well worth the watch.

Last Will is a 2011 drama with a runtime of 1 hour and 41 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.5.
