Watch La Virgen Negra

A small fishing village is in need of uplifting. A housewife decides that the thing to bring change would be to replace the patron of the local church with a Black Witch. The town's founder agrees, and a ceremony is performed to place the witch as the new patron. The townspeople are not told about this. Meanwhile, there is a change, the town is filled with love and the oppressive mood they have suffered under is lifted. When the townspeople find out about the new patron, they destroy the figure, with ill fated consequences.
