LA is known for being filled with lavish lifestyles of the rich but also for having some of the scariest gangs. There has been a recent murder of a wealthy businessman and it is up to the LAPD to figure out who has done it. The man himself was connected to so many social groups due to being a businessman and involved in some risky business so it is hard to say who actually murdered him. The movie has a PG 13 rating so it is not recommended for children under the age of 13 due to the mature content.
