The walls of Rio de Janeiro are lined with blood after a ruthless killer named Mikey roams the streets and shoots innocent victims. He is the leader of the infamous Z-9 gang. He started out as a nerdy kid with little social influence, but as he continued to study the ways of violence and poverty he realized that his power could be attained by scaring others. This dangerous and evil game that he plays is noticed by a young photographer from Sweden named Hans. He decides that something must be done. This intense movie tells the story of his heroism.
