Khuda Kasam is a 2010 Indian action-drama film directed by K.C. Bokadia and starring Sunny Deol, Tabu, and Beena Banerjee. The film tells the story of a man named Ranvir (played by Sunny Deol) who is falsely accused of a crime and goes on the run to clear his name. The film begins with Ranvir, a patriotic soldier who has just returned from duty, visiting his sister and her family in Mumbai. While there, he witnesses a murder and is wrongly accused of the crime. Despite his protests of innocence, Ranvir is arrested and sent to jail. His sister and her husband, who is a police officer, try to help him but their efforts are in vain.
In jail, Ranvir meets an inmate named D.K. Thakur (played by Ashish Vidyarthi) who takes him under his wing. Thakur is a powerful and influential man who controls everything inside the prison. He offers to help Ranvir if he will agree to work for him once he is released. Ranvir, desperate to clear his name and get out of jail, agrees.
Upon his release, Ranvir is greeted by Thakur's men who take him to meet their boss. Thakur offers him a job as a hitman and tells him that his first target is a politician. Ranvir reluctantly agrees and is sent to a remote village to carry out the assassination.
Once there, he meets the politician's daughter, Kaashi (played by Tabu). Kaashi is a strong and independent woman who is fighting against corruption in her village. She and Ranvir initially clash but soon develop a strong bond. Ranvir begins to question his mission and his loyalty to Thakur.
As Ranvir gets closer to Kaashi, he discovers that Thakur is not who he appears to be. He is involved in illegal activities and will stop at nothing to maintain his power and control. Ranvir realizes that he must take a stand and do the right thing, even if it means putting his own life in danger.
The film is a mix of action, drama, and romance. It explores themes of corruption, loyalty, and standing up for what is right. Sunny Deol delivers a powerful performance as Ranvir, a man who must navigate a complex web of deceit and betrayal in order to clear his name and protect those he cares about.
Tabu is equally impressive as Kaashi, a strong and independent woman who is not afraid to fight for what she believes in. The chemistry between the two actors is palpable and adds a layer of depth to the film.
Beena Banerjee also delivers a strong performance as Ranvir's sister. She is a loving and supportive sibling who will do anything to help her brother. Her scenes with Sunny Deol are emotional and heartfelt.
The film's music, composed by Aadesh Shrivastava, is also noteworthy. The songs are beautifully written and add to the film's emotional impact.
Overall, Khuda Kasam is a well-crafted film that delivers a compelling story and excellent performances from its lead actors. It is a must-watch for fans of action-drama films.
