Kasal is a 2018 romantic-drama film that revolves around the lives of three individuals named Lia (Bea Alonzo), Philip (Derek Ramsay), and Wado (Paulo Avelino). Lia is a successful event planner and the fiancée of Philip, a successful businessman. Wado, on the other hand, is Philip's best friend who has just returned from the United States.

The story of Kasal starts with Lia and Philip's wedding preparations. As the day draws nearer, Lia starts to have doubts about whether marrying Philip is the right decision. Despite her anxieties, she tries to carry on with the wedding preparations. However, her uncertainties only grow stronger when she meets Wado again after many years. As they interact, old feelings start to resurface, making Lia question if she is truly in love with Philip.

Meanwhile, Wado, too, is going through a tough phase. He has returned to the Philippines after a failed marriage and is still coming to terms with his own demons. As he spends more time with Lia, he realizes that he still has undeniable feelings for her from the past.

Bayani, does an incredible job of capturing the beauty of the Philippines through breathtaking wide-angle shots of beaches, scenic landscapes, as well as the bustling cityscape of Manila.
