Kanchana 2 is a Tamil-language horror-comedy film from 2015 that was directed, written and starred by Raghava Lawrence in the lead role as Raghava. As Raghava continues to be possessed by Kanchana, he realizes that it was not just the man who killed her out of greed that night but also a group of corrupt police officers who murdered her for exposing their illegal activities. Kanchana's spirit seeks help from Raghava as she wants to take revenge on all of them.

The later half of Kanchana 2 revolves around Raghava helping Kanchana to take revenge on her murderers while he struggles to balance his normal life with Kanchana's antics. Additionally, Kanchana's spirit gradually becomes protective of Raghava's family, and the horror-comedy transition is seamlessly handled.

In terms of performances, Raghava Lawrence's acting, in particular, stands out as he impressively blends comedy with horror. Kovai Sarala, too, does a tremendous job with her impeccable timing in delivering comedic moments. The chemistry between Raghava and Taapsee Pannu's character Divya adds an additional layer of fun to the movie.
