Kamarasu is a South Indian picture from 2002 featuring Indian film star Murali, featuring a bevy of Bollywood talent. Murali plays Kamarusu, a truly selfless man who wants nothing more in life than to bring joy to the lives others. He refuses to own land or possessions. Moreover, the meat work at the film's core revolves around the consequences (good and bad) of Kamarusu's choices. This is a comedy on one side as it promotes Kamarusu's wild antics but on the other side deals with very dark human issues, such as death and suicide. It runs just over two hours.
