Watch Ju-On - The Curse

Jealous of his wife's love for a teacher at the high school, a man brutally kills her and their son. Arriving at the house looking for the boy, the teacher enters and finds the ghost of his mother. He has a heart attack and becomes a ghost. The new tenants of the house go missing, and the police must investigate.
