This is a crime drama that takes place in Detroit Michigan. This is the story of a lawyer who helps his sister, but while doing so, is unknowingly helping to pass some unjust laws. The law that was helped to be passed involved filling up prisons for profit, with wrongly accused inmates. The attorney must face a battle of good versus and evil, even though he did not know the truth when he fist helped his sister. After he knows he is determined to find out exactly who is behind the unjust law. What he goes through has many unexpected twists and turns.
