Desperate to figure out what's going on, Cathy enlists the help of her husband, Frank, played by William R. Moses, a detective on the police force. Cathy eventually uncovers a plot that involves several people attempting to conceal their secrets by blocking Cathy's search. Little by little, Cathy and Frank reveal the secrets and hidden agendas of all the suspects.
