Island of Mutations is a horror film that was released in 1979. The survivors of a shipwreck find themselves stuck on a Caribbean island. The small group of survivors explores the island, and at first it seems that they have been stranded in paradise. However, the island is home to a strange group of mutated men that look like fishes. The castaways threaten a treasure on the island, and they soon find themselves being attacked by the frightening creatures.
