Ilzaam is a 1986 Bollywood action-drama film directed by Shibu Mitra and produced by Pahlaj Nihalani. Starring Shashi Kapoor, Shatrughan Sinha, and Raj Kiran in pivotal roles, the movie also features Anita Raj, Neelam Kothari, Shabana Azmi, and Amrish Puri in supporting roles. Amar is determined to bring the mayor and his gang to justice but faces numerous obstacles. In the meantime, Amar falls in love with Rita (Neelam Kothari), who is the mayor's daughter.

Akbar, who is also a police officer, is posted in another city where he has to deal with corruption and crime. Akbar is determined to bring the criminals to justice but finds that the system is against him. He meets a woman named Shabnam (Anita Raj) who helps him in his quest.

Anthony, the third friend, is posted in a different town where he has to deal with a corrupt police force. Anthony gets entangled with the criminals who use him for their nefarious activities. He falls in love with a woman named Julie (Shabana Azmi) who is a bar dancer.

The three friends come together to fight against crime and corruption. They face various challenges in their quest for justice, but their friendship and determination help them overcome all obstacles.

The performances of Shashi Kapoor, Shatrughan Sinha, and Raj Kiran are outstanding in the film. The film's music is also noteworthy, with songs like "Pyaar Hamara Amar Rahega" and "Tumhein Dekhti Hoon To" becoming popular among audiences.
