High School Musical: El Desafio is a Argentine film produced by Disney. An athlete is surprised to notice that his neighbor and fellow classmate has changed quite a bit over the summer break. An overbearing drama queen manipulates her brother and her three friends in order for her to always be the center of attention. When the art and music teacher announces a school battle of the bands competition, the students get excited and discover that many of their classmates have hidden musical talents. The competition gets heated as the school's diva tries everything in her power to sabotage the other bands.
