Danielle is a woman that has lived the better part of her adult life battling a depression that seems bottomless and even dangerous. She has recently been admitted to a psychiatric hospital due to the fact that she has been involved in three very dangerous incidents. While at the hospital she meets with a psychiatrist who seems to have a genuine interest in trying to help her. Danielle claims that she fell into a depression after the birth of her daughter, Sophie. Sophie opens her mouth and tells doctors that there is nothing wrong with her mom, and that she is only looking for attention. Now the doctors and Sophie must discover the truth.
