Watch Har Har Gange

Har Har Ganga is an Indian film from 1979. After Shiva loses his wife, he goes into a lengthy period of self-assessment. Taraka, a demon inspired by Paap, decides to take advantage of Shiva's inattentiveness and goes after several of the demigods within the Hindu pantheon. Ganga and Uma, offspring from one of these demigods, decide to end Taraka's campaign; while Uma tries to bring Shiva to his senses, Ganga ascends heavenward and transmutes into a cleansing river that forms a heavenly barrier. The audience is left wondering just how effective either hero's path will be against Taraka and Paap.
