Watch Happy Killers

Jung-min is tired of being the brunt of everyone's frustration. He's the new detective in a neighborhood that has been plagued by a serial killer who only strikes on rainy Thursdays. Angry residents want the killer caught. People are protesting in front of the police station daily, led by Jung-min's own mother. And to make it worse, the neighborhood homeless man is sleuthing on his own in hopes of earning a hefty reward. And he is doing a better job finding clues! The two men become rivals as the pressure builds and they race to stop the killer.
