In this made-for-TV movie from 1971, a young girl captures a wild white stallion and trains the horse to pull a wagon while wearing a harness. Once that task is accomplished, the young woman enters the horse in the Calgary Stampede chuckwagon race. The movie stars Christine Austin, Victor Millan, and Tab Hunter and was directed by Larry Lansburgh. It originally aired as a two-part broadcast in late September and early October 1971 as part of the weekly Wonderful World of Disney series. The film was eventually released on video and has subsequently become available for streaming online.
