Grizzly Mountain is a 1995 adventure film that revolves around the story of a man named Tyrus Hammond (played by Dan Haggerty). Tyrus Hammond is a former hunter who has pledged to never harm any animal ever again after a hunting incident that left him traumatized. He chooses to reside in a cabin in the forest with his son, Pete (played by Dylan Haggerty). Tyrus is trying to save enough money to go back to civilization and forget his past life but fate had something else planned for him.

Tyrus Hammond is a man with a past - an accomplished hunter who has dedicated his life to killing animals. After a traumatic hunting incident, Tyrus decided to change his ways and become a protector of the woods. However, the grizzly bear has presented him with a challenge like no other. Tyrus's son, Pete, is his only ally and together they set out to stop the grizzly.

Along the way, the father and son duo meet a local girl named Becca (played by Nicole Lund). Becca is a wildlife expert and becomes an essential member of their team. Becca uses her knowledge of the woods and the grizzly bear's behavior to help Tyrus stop the grizzly bear.
