Graveyard of Honor is a Japanese crime drama about yakuzas. The movie is a remake of the film from 1975 with the same name. It is based on the real life of one yakuza member. A bartender, Chieko Kikuta, is working in a place that is frequented by one yakuza boss. During one of his visits, there is an assassination attempt on boss's life, but Chieko steps in and saves him. Deeply thankful, the boss offers him an important position in his criminal organization. Chieko readily accepts. But his fearless attitude soon starts to create major problems for his new employer.
